2. Information we collect
When you request Early Access, we collect your first name, email address, seller status, active-product range, primary marketplace and any optional challenge you provide. When you register partner interest, we collect your name, email address, partner type and any optional website, social-profile or audience information you provide.
We may also record the source, referral code and UTM campaign parameters associated with a submission. If you choose the optional marketing checkbox, we record your choice, the time of consent and the versions of the consent and submission notices shown to you. Your submission time remains part of the record whether or not you consent to marketing.
3. How we use information
We use Early Access information to record and review your request, assess beta fit, manage the waitlist, communicate about your request and understand pre-launch demand. We use partner-interest information to record and review possible future partner relationships. Operational messages about a request are separate from optional marketing.
If you opt in, we may send occasional Sellurion product and launch updates. You can unsubscribe through a message we send or withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect Early Access consideration or processing that occurred before withdrawal.
4. Technical data and device preferences
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process technically necessary request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information, response status and security signals. We use these logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
The site stores a functional theme preference under sellurion-theme in your browser's Local Storage. It is used only to remember System, Light or Dark appearance on that device. It is not advertising or cross-site tracking.
5. Hosting and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare-based hosting and Cloudflare D1 database processing. Cloudflare may process information on our behalf to provide infrastructure, security, delivery, logging and database services. Information may therefore be processed in the United States and other locations where Cloudflare operates, subject to applicable safeguards.
6. Legal bases and choices
Depending on where you live, our processing may rely on your request and steps taken before a possible future agreement, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a pre-launch service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent. Marketing is based on your optional consent where consent is required. You are not required to opt in to marketing to request Early Access.
7. Sharing and sale
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use external analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking technologies on this website.
8. Retention
We retain submissions while they are reasonably needed for the pre-launch purposes described above, to manage requests and preferences, and to meet legal or security requirements. We periodically review records and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. Consent evidence may be retained as necessary to document your choice and any withdrawal.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email contact@foxgroup.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Age requirement
This website is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. What this policy does not cover
This policy describes the current public pre-launch website. It does not claim that billing, the main Sellurion application, Seller Central, SP-API or marketplace-account data processing is currently active. Those services may require updated privacy information before they become available.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the pre-launch website or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date when changes are material.
